It is important to Hebron Church to spread the word of Jesus. We can do this by telling the stories of Christ’s work in the lives of the staff, members, friends, and guests of the church. We value photography, videography, and other media as important tools to help us show those stories, and provide information to the church body and our community.
Accordingly, photography, videography, live streaming, and other methods of recording may be in progress at Hebron Church’s worship services, ministry activities, classes, programs and other church events. The church may use the media recorded at these events in materials produced by or for the church, including but not limited to, our bulletins, posters, brochures, newsletters, other printed or electronic materials, and other platforms, such as our website, hebronchurchpittsburgh,org, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and other social media sites.
By participating in Hebron’s church services, ministry activities, classes, programs and other events:
1. You consent to be photographed, videotaped or otherwise recorded;
2. You grant your permission for Hebron Church to use recordings containing your image,
likeness, voice or statements, without compensation, credit or other consideration to you, for
Hebron’s promotional, publicity and other purposes, throughout the world and inperpetuity;
3. And you agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify Hebron Church from any and all liabilities and claims involving the use of your image, likeness, voice or statements.
While we reserve the right to photograph and record church events, we strive to ensure that photography and videography are used in safe and positive ways. We will not knowingly and intentionally post any photo, video or other recording that would be embarrassing, objectionable or hurtful to any clearly, personally identifiable individual in the recording.
Additionally, if you see a photo on our website or social media pages that includes you or your child and would prefer it be removed, please contact the church office at info@hebronchurchpittsburgh.org.
Please note we cannot remove your image from video or live streams. Please understand that Hebron Church has no control over the recording, use and posting of images or other media by non-church staff or volunteers(e.g., by community members, news outlets) and no ability to remove such media from publications, including internet or social media sites and accounts that are not run by Hebron Church.
